Classic Chevrolet Malibu

Reminiscent of the big bad muscle cars of the '60s and '70s, the Chevy Malibu
name tag was first used in 1964 for the top series models in the Chevelle lineup,
and the Malibu line was sustained until the 1983 model year. All models created
between those model years are classified as a Chevy Malibu Classic.
It would be fourteen years after that the Malibu was resurrected but now as an
economical practical sedan. Wide bodied and mean looking, they were fitted with
big engines and would make all those big engine gunning noises that the hip people
then would love. They would be omnipresent in the shindigs and parties that you
would imagine from way back then. This classic muscle cars were an essential part
of their culture. For know, people who collect these cars restore and maintain
them. They regard the
Classic Malibu's as an American Heritage which they would like to recall from time to time. Some
salvage the beat up classic Malibu's and restore them to sell them. Parts and
accessories could still de found especially in the Internet. Some regard restoring
these old classics as hobbies, but to some, they just simply love this big all
American muscle car.
